Data collected
We only collect the data necessary for our services:
- for an order or customer account: name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number, order history;
- for a message sent via the website or by email: the information you provide to us;
- For the newsletter: your email address.
Purposes and legal basis
- process, deliver and invoice your orders, manage customer relations (contract execution);
- comply with our accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation);
- to send you our newsletter (your consent);
- to measure site traffic (your consent, see cookie policy).
Recipients
Vos données sont destinées à Traces Écrites et à ses prestataires strictement nécessaires : hébergeur du site, prestataires de paiement (dont PayPal), transporteurs (La Poste, Fedex) et Mailjet pour l’envoi de la newsletter.
We do not sell or give away your contact information to third parties.
Shelf life
- Customer data: 3 years after the last purchase;
- accounting records: 10 years;
- newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years without interaction from you.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers may process data outside the European Union (for example, Google or FedEx). In this case, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
